Privacy and cookies
The Fuzzy Problem (Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom) runs this website. Questions about your data: support@fuzzyproblem.com.
What we collect
- Forms and bookings: the details you type in (name, email, business, store address, anything you add), so we can reply and, if you book, send the calendar invite.
- Chat: the conversation with our assistant, so we can follow up on what you asked.
- Visitor counts: anonymous, cookie-free page and step counts (Vercel Web Analytics). They don't identify you.
- Facebook ad measurement: only if you click Accept in the cookie banner, the Meta pixel records that you visited and whether you sent the form, booked a call or started a chat, so we can tell which ads work.
How we use it
To reply to you, run the call you booked and improve our advertising. We don't sell your data. Form, booking and chat details are stored with our hosting and database providers and kept only as long as we need them for that conversation.
Your choices
You can say no to the cookie, or change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser. You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing support@fuzzyproblem.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
